Responsibilities:
Delivery Management for all work requests including coordination, escalation and issue management.
Design, Development & Testing for all solutions, including building POC’s, (Proof of concepts) leveraging new technology, etc.
Status Reporting and escalation management as needed.
Keep abreast of new technologies and take initiative in suggesting and implementing technology to be adopted and drive the associates towards better software quality and quick delivery.
Play an active role in enhancing team expertise and productivity.
Keep the clients satisfied.

Technical Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in .Net Technologies and developing & delivering scalable web applications.
Expertise in developing and maintaining large scale web applications using ASP.NET.
Strong knowledge and good experience in designing and developing N-Tier applications and using OOPS concepts.
Hands on experience in SQL Server 2000/2005, C#.Net, VB.Net.
Experience in performance optimization of UI/Backend, SQL, scalability of applications.
Hands on experience on SQL Reporting Service, Third party Controls and AJAX are added advantage.
